Accessibility
This site uses accesskeys for people who have difficulty using a mouse. To use accesskeys simply press and hold down the Alt key; then press the number or letter corresponding to the page you want to visit; then press the return (enter) key – this last stage may not be required with some browsers. Macintosh users will need to press Ctrl+[accesskey]. Please note that some web browsers do not recognise keyboard shortcut keys.
As far as possible we have adopted the UK Government recommended standard keys:

Font size
If you are having trouble reading the text on this site you should be able to increase the text size using the controls in your web browser. How you do this will depend on which browser you are using:
- in Internet Explorer, on the menu select View > Text Size and then either Larger or Largest as best meets your needs;
- if you are using Firefox, select View > Text Size > Increase, or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl++;
- in Opera select View > Zoom and choose the most suitable option from those listed.
